Carolyn recently completed her placement in the Whittle Unit in Hobart.
Carolyn was really interested on developing her knowledge and skill with communication in palliative care. She was also interested in learning more about palliative care so that when she goes back to her workplace she can mentor other staff to heave more knowledge and where to find more knowledge about palliative care.
As Carolyn was very focused on palliative care information she created a folder with palliative care resources that she will take back to her workplace and leave within the nurses station and nurses tea room so that staff have easy access to the material. This will stimulate staff to find more information and learn more about palliative care.
