Sharon completed placement with the goal to source and create materials that focused on palliative care that could support patients and families who were in the care of Manjimup Home and Community Care Service. The organisation had been working with End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) facilitators and wanted to attend the PEPA placement to enhance some of the Education and Training support that PEPA offered.
Sharon was able to create a hand out to represent Manjimup Homes needs and additional was able to source many materials that would support team members to learn more about palliative care and end of life care. Great work Sharon on supporting team members to learn more about Palliative Care.
