Tandara Lodge Community Care Inc. from Sheffield, North West Tasmania participated in a Reverse PEPA placement in late 2019/early 2020 which supported them to develop an End-of-Life project.
They have implemented many great initiatives to support their residents and staff for palliative care and end-of-life care.
